Loungewear sets and onesies need more than one measurement
The top table uses chest ranges; the onesie table combines chest and waist. If these measurements point to different letters, the finder shows both references before using the larger row. This reveals a possible loose area, but it does not check torso length or how the garment moves when you sit.
For a matching sleepwear set, verify whether the top and bottom can be selected separately. For a onesie, look for shoulder-to-crotch or total-length information in the product details. A comfortable chest does not prevent a short torso from pulling at the shoulders, so keep length checks separate from the converter.

- Match the product brand, country system and garment type to the selected table.
- Keep body and garment measurements separate, with consistent centimetre or inch units.
- Check the specific style’s length, width and stretch, then read the store’s sizing and exchange information.
START WITH MEASUREMENTS
How to measure
- 01
Measure around your chest at its fullest point with relaxed arms.
- 02
Stand naturally and measure around your waist with a level tape.
- 03
For a onesie, also check torso length on the product page before ordering.
A few things labels don’t tell you.
These are body ranges, not flat garment widths. Torso length and desired room matter for sleepwear and onesies.
Common questions
Can I pick a onesie by chest alone?
Check waist as well, and use the product’s length details for the torso.
Does the chart include extra room?
Compare actual body measurements first; use the product’s fit description to judge room.
Can I convert men’s loungewear to Russia, Japan, Korea or S-M-L?
Use the ASOS letter sizes and body measurements here. For Russian, Japanese or Korean brands, check their own measurements; the same letter may fit differently.
