Photo Uploads and AI Clothes Changer

These restrictions apply to all uploads, prompts, reference images, and generated outputs, including AI Clothes Changer and its outfit-description mode:

• Unauthorized photos of other people are prohibited. You must have the depicted adult’s explicit permission to upload and edit their photo, as well as all necessary rights to the image. Public availability does not establish permission.
• Celebrity photos are prohibited, including photos of public figures, regardless of their source or any claimed permission.
• Photos of minors are prohibited. Do not upload or use photos depicting anyone under 18, even with parental or guardian consent and regardless of the intended use.
• NSFW uses are prohibited. Do not upload, request, generate, or distribute nude, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content. Undressing, sexualized edits, non-consensual intimate imagery, and attempts to bypass these restrictions are prohibited.

Use the service only for lawful, non-sexual clothing and product imagery. Do not use it for harmful content, impersonation, harassment, or deception. These restrictions apply equally to personal and commercial use.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ghost Mannequin, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Ghost Mannequin is an AI image service that helps apparel teams, studios, and online sellers convert clothing photos into cleaner product visuals, including Ghost Mannequin style outputs for ecommerce.

Eligibility and Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account.

You must use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Service Use

You may use Ghost Mannequin to upload images, submit prompts or instructions, generate outputs, manage assets, and purchase credits or subscription plans where available.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.

User Content

You retain ownership of the images, prompts, and other materials that you submit to the service, subject to any rights needed for us to operate the service.

By using Ghost Mannequin, you grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and store your content as necessary to provide the service, maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all required rights, permissions, and consents for the content you upload and the way you use generated outputs.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of our technology or brand to you.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Ghost Mannequin to:

• violate any law or third-party rights
• upload content that you do not have the right to use
• submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful content
• interfere with, probe, disrupt, or bypass the security or integrity of the service
• reverse engineer, scrape at scale, resell unauthorized access to, or misuse the service
• use the service in connection with prohibited, fraudulent, or misleading commercial activity

Pricing, Billing, and Refunds

Paid features may be offered through one-time credit packs or recurring subscriptions. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize the applicable charges for the plan you select.

Prices, credits, plan features, and availability may change from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, subscription changes or cancellations apply according to the active billing cycle and the rules of the payment provider.

If a refund policy is stated on the pricing page or required by law, that policy will apply to the relevant purchase.

Privacy

Your use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Ghost Mannequin if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, engaged in unlawful activity, or misused the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of Ghost Mannequin.

Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim during the 3 months before the event giving rise to liability.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the updated version will be posted on this page. Your continued use of Ghost Mannequin after the updated Terms become effective means the updated Terms will apply going forward.
