Photo Uploads and AI Clothes Changer

These restrictions apply to all uploads, prompts, reference images, and generated outputs, including AI Clothes Changer and its outfit-description mode:

• Unauthorized photos of other people are prohibited. You must have the depicted adult’s explicit permission to upload and edit their photo, as well as all necessary rights to the image. Public availability does not establish permission.
• Celebrity photos are prohibited, including photos of public figures, regardless of their source or any claimed permission.
• Photos of minors are prohibited. Do not upload or use photos depicting anyone under 18, even with parental or guardian consent and regardless of the intended use.
• NSFW uses are prohibited. Do not upload, request, generate, or distribute nude, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content. Undressing, sexualized edits, non-consensual intimate imagery, and attempts to bypass these restrictions are prohibited.

Use the service only for lawful, non-sexual clothing and product imagery. Do not use it for harmful content, impersonation, harassment, or deception. These restrictions apply equally to personal and commercial use.

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) explains what is and is not allowed when using Ghost Mannequin.

By accessing or using Ghost Mannequin, you agree to follow this policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Allowed Use

Ghost Mannequin is designed for lawful ecommerce and creative workflows, including apparel image processing and product visual generation.

You may use the service for legitimate commercial or personal use, as long as your content and behavior comply with applicable laws and this policy.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

You may not use Ghost Mannequin to create, upload, request, or distribute:

• Sexually explicit, nude, or sexually suggestive content
• NSFW content of any kind, including attempts to bypass filters
• Content involving minors in sexualized, exploitative, or unsafe contexts
• Hate, harassment, threats, or violent extremist content
• Illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, or malicious content
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Malware, phishing content, or instructions for harmful activity

You may not misuse the service, including by reverse engineering, large-scale scraping, abuse of APIs, or attempts to compromise system security.

AI Safety and Moderation

Ghost Mannequin uses content safety controls and moderation measures to reduce abuse and block prohibited generations, including NSFW requests.

We may block, remove, or restrict prompts, uploads, generations, or accounts that violate this policy, our Terms, or applicable law.

Reporting and Enforcement

If we detect or receive reports of violations, we may take action, including:

• warning notices
• generation denial or content removal
• temporary suspension
• permanent account termination

Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate enforcement without prior notice.

Policy Updates

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted on this page.
